A single vineyard Pinot Noir hand picked from The Canyon Vineyard located high up at Bendigo in Central Otago. Lifted aromas of cherries and plums intermingle with hints of fresh Central Otago thyme and earthy, spicy, chocolate notes. Layers of ripe tannins and fruit remain long after the wine has disappeared.

A single vineyard Pinot Noir hand picked from The Canyon Vineyard, vinified separately and aged in French barrels (30% new). The bouquet is lifted with aromas of cherries and plums. The palate is complex, rich and poised with layers of dark berryfruit mixed with savoury, earthy, spicy flavours and fine tannin integration.

A single vineyard Pinot Noir hand picked from , vinified separately and aged in French barrels (40% new). The bouquet is lifted rich and burgundy like. The palate is filled with velvety dark berry fruits, hints of white tea and fine chalky tannins. Very long and complex.
